Research assistant at the Stuttgart Research Center for Interdisciplinary Risk and Innovation Studies (ZIRIUS), University of Stuttgart and non-residential fellow at the Center for Cultural Sociology, Yale University. Annika Arnold focuses, among others, on narratives of climate change within the framework of cultural sociology. She finished her PhD in 2015 on the topic of “Narratives of Climate Change. Outline of a systematic approach to narrative analysis in cultural sociology“. She was a grant holder of the Friedrich-Ebert-Foundation and has multiple years of experience in teaching and researching in the field of sociology with a focus on environmental sociology and on participatory and transformative processes.
